Humanities

Fieldwork is a key part of learning in Geography and where possible we go out into the local community to promote first hand learning.  We use online resources to find out about places all around the world.

 

Since the discovery of The King in the Car Park, history and its links to our locality has had a real boost!  Our learning about King Richard III coincided with a music ed project and performance to parents with Diosing.  Trips are arranged to provide fun educational experiences, for example a trip to Bosworth Battlefield.
