  Holiday Activities and Food Easter Programme

   

  We are pleased to share details of the local authority’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme for Easter, which provides free holiday club places for children and young people aged 4-16 who are receiving benefit-related free school meals. 

   

  How Parents can Access their HAF Voucher:

   

  Step 1- Look out for your voucher:  Eligible families of children recorded as receiving benefit-related free school meals will have received their HAF Voucher via email from the 6th March. This will be from hello@holidayactivities.com

  Step 2 – Find a holiday club:  The voucher will include a link to the HAF page where you can explore your local providers and the activities on offer.

  Step 3 – Secure your place:  You should contact your chosen HAF provider directly to book a place and provide the unique 16- digit voucher code.

  Spaces are limited, so you should book as soon as possible.

   

  Remember: Each eligible child can access up to four full funded sessions over Easter.

   

  The voucher is valid for this holiday period only and cannot be used for future HAF sessions. 

   

  What should a parent do if they have not received their voucher

  1. If you believe you are eligible but have not received your voucher, please contact the school office to check if the voucher was issued. 
  2. If we are closed, you can contact the HAF team at HAF@leicester.gov.uk for support. 
  3. If your child becomes eligible for FSM after 6th March, you can contact us to request a voucher.
